The earliest date your credit balance refund could be available to you is 4 weeks after the start of the semester. Disbursement dates can vary based on your class start dates. Please see the below credit balance refund dates for students who are attending classes starting the first week of the semester. Please check your Nelnet account to see if you have signed up for direct deposit refunds. If you have questions regarding Nelnet or direct deposit, please contact the Cashier’s Office 269-294-4215.

Students must meet class attendance standards before federal financial aid disburses to their account. Class attendance standards include participation as defined by each instructor.
For classes with different start dates: Financial aid funds will not disburse until a minimum of two weeks after the start date of the class and following determination of student meeting class attendance standards.
